Ecofin is a cost-effective, and environmentally friendly single ply roofing membrane which is ideal for both new-build and refurbishment projects.

Ecofin is manufactured from thermoplastic poleofin (TPO) and the patented products contain no plasticizers or oils thus allowing Ecofin to be locally recycled.

Ecofin is a no-flame product being either bonded in adhesive or mechanically fixed and unlike many single ply membranes Ecofin is ideally suited for overlaying bituminous roofing systems.

Ecofin has a proven track record, is approved by the NHBC and has BBA certificate number 04/4182

System Used – Delta 2000 GF3 vapour control layer bonded to the plywood deck, Deltatherm 100mm TR27 fully bonded to the vapour control, Ecofin FG TNT 1.5mm fully bonded to the insulation in Ecofix A7561 adhesive. Details in GS1.5mm heat bonded to Ecofin metal.

System Used – Ecovap vapour control layer, Deltatherm TR27 90mm mechanically fixed to new plywood deck, Ecofin FG TNT 1.5mm in Dark Grey fully bonded to the insulation in Ecofix adhesive.

System Used – Delta Vapour MLVB vapour control layer torch-applied to concrete deck, Deltatherm Cut-to-falls insulation fully bonded to the vapour control, Ecofin FG TNT 1.8mm fully bonded to the insulation in Ecofix adhesive. Details in GS1.5mm heat bonded to Ecofin metal which was specially manufactured to suit the curved profile of the building.

System Used – Delta 2000 sanded as vapour control layer, Kingspan TR27 insulation board bonded in Ecofix high foam adhesive, with Ecofin FG TNT 1.8 in light grey fully bonded to the insulation board.
