Delta SP’s recruitment methods and training schemes for all of our staff are treated with great importance, and carried out professionally and methodically to the highest level.

Delta SP ensures that all staff are trained to achieve the grade of technician in order to successfully specialize in every Delta product. Such rigorous training includes full and detailed health and safety courses. Technicians are trained to at least NVQ level 2, our site foremen and site supervisors are encouraged to attend more advanced training courses. CSCS certificates are standard at Delta SP and all on-site staff are progressively trained beyond entry level qualification.

Over the past twelve months we have been involved in numerous projects from standard Single Ply installations to Green, Brown and Bio-diverse roof systems. Throughout various stages, new methods of application have been designed to meet the ever changing requirements and multi-uses of Flat roof-space.”
