Parkway Edge – Sheffield.
Delta SP began work on The Parkway Edge HQ in May 2009. This Spectacular building stands proud at the foot of the Sheffield Parkway, an apt welcome to a constantly growing city.
The Roof consists of 800m2 of vapour barrier, a protective elastomeric membrane, Single Ply membrane and 80m2 of sedum.

Elm Park Library - Essex
Work on Elm Park Library, Hornchurch began in September 2008. Delta SP installed a vapour barrier, an elastomeric protection layer, Kingspan insulation and light grey single ply membrane to a 450m2 pitched roof. Delta SP installed the grade A Sedum to the roof in December 2008. Elm Park Library went on to win a sustainable design and construction award in the Havering business awards in 2009. Aesthetically pleasing and economic to run Delta SP are proud of our association with this great project.

Impala Estates – Chesterfield
Delta SP began work on the 350 m2 flat roof at HDS in Chesterfield in October 2009. The project was a retro-fit, with the existing felt roof in poor condition. A team of 12 installed a dark grey single ply membrane directly onto the existing felt The project went without complication and was completed in one month and one day, much to the client’s satisfaction.

Housing project - Borehamwood.
Work began on this pioneering project in May 2009, This building was designed to provide the opportunity of tranquillity and open space in an inner city area of London. The 1200 m2 roof was fitted with a vapour check, a protective elastomeric membrane, a Kingspan tapered insulation system and a single ply membrane. Delta SP then laid quality timber decking and flint chippings, along with the paving slabs on all of the balconies. The development, which was completed in September 2009 is a credit to the area and to Delta SP who are delighted to have worked on the project.
